In the Community – An Expanding Need When a loved one begins to show the signs of memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, families--everyday heroes --put it all aside to do the best job they can. Memory Care Home Solutions has had the opportunity to serve and get to know some incredible caregivers since the organization was founded. Sandra, a caregiver of both her sister and mother - two beautiful women with Alzheimer’s disease - made a comment that we can’t seem to forget – “Coworkers, friends, family – they don’t understand what you go through as a caregiver– but the program director from Memory Care Home Solutions was on top of all of those things – he met the needs before I even knew they were there.” Memory Care Home Solutions brings this peace to thousands of caregivers every year. Too many former caregivers who hear of our program immediately say they desperately needed our program when they were caring for a family member with Alzheimer’s in their life. They wish they had known we existed. It is our duty to expand our reach so everyone in need of our support knows we are here for their family. Together we can reach caregivers who need us – before it’s too late. Our vision for THE CENTER is a cutting edge permanent home where we’ll expand our reach by serving caregivers though training, information, support and camaraderie not only with other caregivers but also with experts in the field of memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
